We deliver regulatory driven Water & Air testing and assurance services to commercial and industrial premises. Our compliance solutions cover hygiene, treatment, testing, monitoring, sustainability, wastewater and environmental services.

Organisational Structure

Marlowe goes to market as two business lines: Fire Safety & Security and Water & Air Hygiene.

Together they deliver our business-critical services to our customers, helping them to manage the compliance risks in their businesses, the health and safety of their people, and their property compliance obligations.

Whilst Marlowe’s businesses are bound by a focus on compliance and a shared channel to market, our decentralised operating model provides our management teams with considerable autonomy within a well defined strategic framework.

Compliance services are essential or mandatory, invariably subject to regulation and characterized by consistency in demand.

They are invariably outsourced rather than conducted in-house because of this specialist nature, the levels of regulatory compliance which govern them and the need for service providers to adhere to stringent industry standards.

Those in which larger, national operators generate pricing power and possess a competitive advantage in winning and delivering business. All the sectors we focus on and occupy offer significant scope for margin enhancement and profit growth.
